sit in a seat properly to avoid stress on your body. What to look out for
as we age in relation to our eyes, hormones, and injuries.
Reviewer's Opinion:
Excellent book that would suit any stage of machine quilting. We
all think that we will go on forever and we will, if we take care of ourselves.
The reasons why we machine quilt varies from quilter to quilter, some for
pleasure and some for the income, and therefore we are either focussed on the
pleasure or the financial gain. To gain the pleasure and the money we need
to take care of ourselves, if we don't there won't be the pleasure or the money.
Read and take the bits that apply to you and reap the benefits - life can only
get better.
