Subscriber's Thoughts & Comments:

L.R from SA says:

"There are some yummy threads to choose from this time!

I love using variegated threads when I'm quilting as they add interest to the work and can hide some of the little mistakes that are made and I do make a few as my quilting isn't as precise as I'd like it to be. Still, I keep practising.

Please order the following for me:

Cotton Mako 40/2   4653 Eucalypt Greens & 4656 Sugar n Spice
Aurilux 5802
1 reel of each please.

I've been using one of the last lot I bought on a scrap quilt and it looks great (one of the new colours that had been released then)."

C. K comments:

"Thank you so much. I love your threads & already have the Ne28/2 so I will have the Ne40/2 this time!" C. K

From Kathy Tait

Kathy writes:

My latest quilt (right) was completed March 2005. Pattern "Dragon" is by Three Swans in Canada. My son loves Harry Potter and I saw this pattern in a advertisement. I annoyed you quite a bit, choosing the threads for this. In the end, I went for the Aurifil Mako Ne 12, 4657  Red/Yellow/Orange Variegated for the Dragon and Aurifil Mako 2735 Blue for background. I have emailed photos to Three Swans and they too mentioned how the Dragon stood out due to thread. Quilted then in Black (Grey Spool). I love quilting, and are already up to quilting my next quilt (also using Variegated Mako4657.)

Thanks for your past advice and experience. I like to think I've come along way."
