The total price is subject to the size of
your individual quilt and the style of quilting chosen.
- The quilting rates are based on a quilt unit which measures 30cm x
30cm.
- Unless otherwise specified, the rates assume that you are supplying the batting & backing. However, I am
able to provide batting & backings at an additional cost.
- 100% Cotton thread is colour matched to you quilt top and used as the
standard for all quilting. Please discuss options if another thread is
preferred.
- multiple thread colours, speciality threads, inset motifs, diagonal and
border designs incur additional
charges.

Each Quilting style has been broken into pricing categories which
are based upon the complexity and estimated time required to complete
the designs included within the category.
When discussing quilting plans, I have found that this pricing structure
allows me to offer a wider range of design options to enable you to choose a
quilting style to suit your quilt and your budget.
Use the formulae & table below to calculate the number of quilting units and estimate a
cost for quilting for yourself.
However keep in mind that this is an estimate
only and the final cost will vary depending upon the Quilting style chosen and additional services that
you may request at the time of delivery.:
